This is an activity I designed for my student who is learning to use a monocular. I first designed a treasure map and made signs for the student to read with a monocular to know where to walk to eventually find the treasure.
This is the map and you can design it to be age appropriate for your student and add additional stops depending on how fast you think the student can complete the activity.
I then made each sign with a bright background except for the last sign which I made with a smaller font size and a bright color underneath the word. I chose locations I know the student can travel to independently and at least one sign will be posed in a covered area and I will also post at least one sign above eye level.
Once the student arrives at the office I will have the “treasure” with a big X on it and the student can receive a prize!
So creative! Very impressed with all the projects.
