Book Recommendation

cockeyedbook

Cockeyed: A Memoir by Ryan Knighton.

I have no idea how I have been involved in the O&M field for over a year now, and I only found out about this book by scanning  (yes, the O&M way) the shelves at the city library.

To be honest, it took me over a month to finish it because I had to take long breaks between chapters. This is the story of a man’s life from childhood to adulthood, and his ups and downs, and everywhere in-between living with the effects of RP. Some of the experiences he shares are so intense and vivid that I felt too much emotion and couldn’t handle any more. There are so many comments to say about the story I can not decide what to share or save for a future reader.

So….I’ll just say:

I really, really, really recommend this book.
